I’m here to support your body as it prepares for birth and heals through postpartum. My work is in service to your brilliant body, your daily life, and your growing family.
Your body was designed to birth your baby. I’m here to help you create intimacy and familiarity with your design.
Personal training during pregnancy is a powerful way to better understand your body, improve your movement patterns, and build the strength, stability, and awareness that can support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
This is not just another prenatal yoga class.
This work is personalized to your body and your needs. My goal is to help you feel supported, supple, and confident as your body changes. Together, we work with movement, breath, and biomechanics to reduce strain, support your nervous system, and help you feel more at home in your body.
Pregnancy asks so much of you physically, emotionally, and energetically. Having the right support can make a profound difference in how you move, how you feel, and how you meet birth and recovery.
In postpartum, rest is essential — and so is healing movement. There are simple, supportive movements you can do in and around your bed to help restore pelvic stability, create more space for breath, reconnect to your core, and support your body as it recovers.
This is restorative movement personal training for mamas.

How it works:
Minimum commitment: 3 sessions
Session length: 60 minutes
Format: Zoom
Rate: $75 per session / $225 total
Payment: Venmo or through the website
If we love working together after your first three sessions, we can continue with a longer package or ongoing support.
Your first 3 sessions
Session 1: Intake + Assessment
We’ll talk through your health history, symptoms, goals, and what it feels like to live in your body right now. I’ll assess your posture and movement patterns to identify places of compensation, tension, and restriction. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body and a few simple movements you can begin using right away.
Session 2: Foundational Movements for Your Body
I’ll teach you a set of foundational movements tailored specifically to your body, with precise cueing and refinements so you know exactly how to practice them. After this session, I can create personalized practice videos to support you between sessions. Your homework will be simple: practice and notice what changes.
Session 3: Refine + Progress
We’ll review how the movements are feeling, troubleshoot anything that feels unclear, and refine your practice. From there, we’ll map out your next steps so you know how to keep supporting your body in a way that fits your lifestyle and stage of motherhood.
The approach
This approach to personal training blends nervous system support, fascial mobility, breath, and strength-building. My intention is to support you at a pace and frequency that works for your life, so you can stay devoted to your body and your wellbeing through pregnancy and beyond.
A little about me
I’ve been teaching yoga for 13 years and practicing for 20. In recent years, my work has become increasingly devoted to supporting women and understanding the genius and unique needs of female physiology.
I completed a mentorship with Adelaide Meadow of Faith in the Body, and now offer personalized postural and movement assessments along with custom movement programs designed to support each woman’s specific needs.
My goal is to help you remember your body’s original language: movement.
Becoming fluent in movement is a lifelong journey. I can help you feel confident in how you move, breathe, and care for yourself so you can feel more at ease, more connected, and more at home in your body.
