I’m Krista—and I’m here to help you remember that your body was intelligently designed for movement.
As a lifelong mover—dancer, athlete, yoga practitioner—I thought all my experience should have protected me from pain and anxiety. So when I had low back and pelvic pain, and struggled with insecurity, I felt defeated. Despite all I knew about movement, I felt incongruent in myself. What had I missed?
The turning point came when I began studying and implementing movement specifically for the female body. I began moving not just from muscle memory or discipline but with reverence for the physiological truth of my body. Now I feel alive inside my anatomy.
For over 10 years, I’ve been guiding women back into relationship with their bodies blending yoga, biomechanics, improvisational dance, and the transformative power of ritual.
